Project Background:

Located at a factory in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, Gree Daikin is a joint venture between the world’s two largest specialized air conditioning companies. Facing intense competition in the home appliance industry, continuous business growth, and cost pressures, Gree Daikin needed to enhance its competitive edge through better space utilization, throughput, and operational efficiency in its warehousing. PassionIOT was chosen to address the pain points encountered during the company’s warehouse automation upgrade.
