The lifting mechanism is driven by an electric actuator for effortless operation and features a power-off self-locking function to maintain position during unexpected power outages, ensuring the safety of both equipment and operators.

Dispensing & Assembly Line

Designed for chip-on-wafer bonding applications, this automated assembly line integrates five core stations: loader, tunnel oven, dispenser, placement machine, and unloader. A carrier circulation system supports automatic tray loading and unloading, enabling fully automated production throughout the entire process.

Operators are only required to load and unload trays, while all critical manufacturing processes are completed automatically. Once products enter the line, dispensing, chip placement, and other key operations are performed without manual intervention, improving productivity and reducing labor requirements.
